My wish for you is to find relief from distressing symptoms, and gain emotional balance to live life meaningfully. I'm committed to providing quality care for clients of all identities. This is an LGBTQIA+ affirming, safe space. I continuously seek guidance, training, and ongoing consultation to provide ethical and informed care for all. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in various fields of practice including hospital case management, hospice, veterans’ affairs, child protective services, school-based therapy, and therapy in the private practice environment. I offer an integrative therapy approach, including person-centered, strength-based, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) based techniques. Everyone is unique! I will work to understand who you are, and what kind of approach would be most beneficial to you.
