I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the in-between spaces — the seasons of life when everything feels uncertain, messy, and overwhelming. The truth is, we all go through transitions that shake us: jobs that end, relationships that change, identities that shift. But we don’t always get the support we need to make sense of it all. My goal is to be that support — a grounded, compassionate presence to help you navigate what comes next. Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and heard in our work together. I’m not here to fix you or give you a list of things to do, but I'm also not here to shake my head in agreement and allow you to sit by yourself in the pain. I’m here to help you slow down, make sense of your experience, and reconnect with your own inner strength and clarity. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I integrate evidence-based tools like CBT, mindfulness methods, and solution-focused tecnhiques with deep listening and practical strategies — all tailored to what you need in each session. I believe healing happens when you feel supported to show up as your full self — even the parts that feel messy or uncertain. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to start.
