Introduction

Hey there! I am dedicated to providing a safe environment where you can truly feel seen and heard without judgment. Empathy is at the heart of my approach, while creativity and a dash of humor help us build a meaningful and engaging therapeutic connection. Therapy isn’t about fitting you into a mold - in our work together, I’ll meet you where you are to explore what’s important and what works for you, help you develop self-acceptance and agency, and support you in taking action toward a life that feels both fulfilling and aligned with your values. Long before becoming a therapist, I was a special education teacher and then spent eight years working as a college and career counselor. These experiences shaped my passion for helping people navigate challenges, pursue personal growth, and celebrate their authentic selves. I specialize in Anxiety, OCD-related disorders, and Neurodiversity utilizing a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, tailored to your unique needs and goals. As someone who personally understands how transformative therapy can be, I consider it a great honor to be part of that process for others. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to support you!
