Introduction

Look, the world is REALLY scary right now! This may be this is the first time you’ve had to deal with this much fear and anxiety and you don’t know what to do. You have disturbing thoughts. You feel compelled to do or think things over and over again to feel safe. If you were already struggling with stress and family or work problems, everything that's going on in the world is making it so much worse. On top of all this, you had a rough childhood. You always seem to self-sabotage, you worry about meeting new people, or feel you’re not good enough. You feel lost and alone. You want to be someone your family can be proud of. For over 20 years I’ve helped people feeling anxious, sad, and overwhelmed. I’m also no stranger to online therapy. I’ve been set up and doing video therapy since 2018. The system I use is very simple. All you have to do is click a link from your email to take you to our session using your computer or smartphone. I have immediate openings on weekend afternoons and weeknight as late as 10:00 pm. Don’t wait, contact me today.
