It is possible to learn new approaches to dealing with difficult situations and build skills that allow you to heal and start living a more fulfilling life. Take the first step to healing with counseling. Carol takes a holistic approach to counseling and understands that the best therapy happens in an honest trusting environment. She believes that positive social connections and purpose help people thrive even when dealing with challenging times in their lives. Carol earned her master’s degree in Science of Counseling from Southern Methodist University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas. She has worked as a school counselor, as a volunteer at DISD’s Youth and Family Centers, and with the Resource Center.
