My goal in counseling is to encourage and motivate clients as we work together through the process of healing. I enjoy helping others work through life’s challenges, establish and accomplish goals, and ultimately change their lives in more healthy and positive ways. Working with individuals, couples, or groups, ages 18 and up, I specialize in working with issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, couple's counseling, relationship issues, divorce or relationship recovery, narcissistic relationship recovery, life transitions, personal or work-related issues, and rebuilding after trauma. Licensed as both a Professional Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist, I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling with post-graduate study in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Psychology. I am a Clinical Fellow with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
