I am an authentic, encouraging, funny therapist that can help you learn skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and pursue the life you want to live. I provide care for those experiencing emotions that feel out of control, have difficulty making the changes they want for their life, and frequently feel overwhelmed. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor pursuing certifications in EMDR and as a Clinical Trauma Professional-Level II who works with women who have experienced tough stuff in their childhood. My goal is to help you stop feeling overwhelmed and depressed and start facilitating positive change.
