Introduction

Helping teens figure things out is my jam. I worked with teens, tweens and parents in the public school system for almost 20 years. I've also worked in the foster care system (both family-based and residential placement) and in juvenile detention. In 2021, I opened a small private practice in order to work with clients on a deeper level, and to offer support that some folks might be challenged to find. Teens who are grappling with all the trauma and challenge this weird world throws their way never cease to inspire me ... "not because they test me, but because they have this perfect balance of unapologetic and fiery strength and unfiltered raw vulnerability." (Dr. Amy Fast - wish I'd said that!) My role is to serve and support you on your journey. I'll hope to explore things with you like what safe means to you, what you want to achieve, and what paths spark your interest.
