Introduction

Life can be challenging at times and seeking support from professionals can be the first step toward positive change. Are your concerned about your child’s behaviors or moods? Are you or your family experiencing more worry, anger, or social challenges? Are you struggling to adapt to life transitions? With compassion, empathy and support I seek to empower children, adolescents, adults and families on their unique journey in life. I hope to use my professional and personal experience to help those I have the privilege of working with discover their potential and take steps toward achieving it. Special areas of interest include anxiety, adoption, attachment, depression, learning differences, ADHD, parenting, divorce and co-parenting. I value a team approach and seek to collaborate with others including school, medical providers and families for optimal outcomes. Evening appointments available.
