Lydia enjoys working with clients from different cultural, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. She has experience working with adolescents and adults. Lydia believes each client is unique and that it takes courage and strength to seek help during life’s most challenging moments. Lydia’s goal is to create a safe space, where she can partner with clients in developing an individualized treatment plan which supports healing and growth. Lydia uses a variety of treatment approaches to best meet the client’s needs and goals, including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-focused, and trauma-focused techniques. Lydia is under the supervision of Emily Dungey, LPC-MHSP.
