Introduction

My specialty is in helping African Americans who struggle with finding a safe space to acknowledge and explore deep-rooted anxiety and depression. I use traditional therapy and teach the art of mindfulness to help you become more ambitious and confident, focus on personal development and maintain balance in our demanding society. Our work together can improve overall health by practicing techniques used in Mindfulness (meditation, visualization, yoga, breathing exercises) and therapeutic tools. I believe that what we seek the most, is of course within us. We can unpack the heavy parts of life together so that you experience joy in all areas of life.
