Hello, I’m Carlyn (pronouns she/her). I believe love and belonging are at the core of who we are and how we connect with others. My experience as a mother of three has helped me understand how attachment plays an important role in how we develop. Our early attachments, trauma, and life experiences can create incredible discomfort, and we learn ways to cope and survive that are not always helpful. Some people think that going to therapy is about getting advice from someone, but our job is to help you learn to trust yourself. My goal as a therapist is to be accepting and non-judgmental to help create a safe space for you to grow. Using different modalities and a holistic lens, I hope to collaborate with you and bring awareness to those behaviors that no longer serve you. I'm fascinated by the resilience in humans and am eager to walk alongside you on your journey to healing!
