We all go through seasons of life when we feel stuck or disconnected. I strive to create a space where all couples, individuals, and families feel safe, supported, and heard. I am passionate about working with intimate partners and individuals navigating challenging relationship dynamics. Attachment theory is the foundation that informs my worldview and my practice of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe healing occurs through reparative emotional experiences in and out of the therapy room. I am a sex-positive therapist working from an antiracist, intersectional, trauma-informed perspective. It is my stance that the systems that uphold and perpetuate oppression, marginalization, and discrimination significantly impact everyone's lives, particularly those with minoritized identities. I am honored to work with folks of all gender expressions, sexual orientations, relationship models, races, cultures, religions, neurotypes, ages, sizes, and disabilities. Let me support you in discovering what you need to feel more secure and connected in yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. If you have any questions, please contact me for a consultation.
