I work to cultivate a space where anybody can come as they are, with a specific focus on the LGBTQIA+ community. I bring my years of experience in the non-profit sector and an intensive outpatient program to provide well-rounded care. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (Level 1 Certified), Strategic Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, and Executive function coaching. I believe in tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and goals, honoring your strengths and resilience every step of the way.
