With over 15 years of combined mental health and social service experience, I have experience serving youth with behavioral challenges and their families, families, men, women and anyone experiencing mental and emotional discomforts of life. Using a blend of techniques such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing, my goal is to help assist you with making the changes you feel necessary to live a fulfilling life!
