I am a mental health counselor with years of experience in the field. The main modalities of therapy I use with clients are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
