I'm Carlita, a Florida native who’s a master’s level Clinical Mental health counselor with a specialization in Military Families & Culture. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), covering issues related to career counseling, coping skills, life transitions, relationship issues, stress, marital and premarital counseling, and suicidal ideation. My goals as a counselor are to empower and advocate for my clients, while also teaching them to advocate for themselves, and the things they want out of life. Utilizing a holistic approach to healing, I'd love to be apart of your journey.
