Clients that are ready to progress, try their best to: incorporate daily self care, add time for reflection into their schedules, utilize or create support around them and allow me to bring expertise, unconditional positive regard and accountability to their lives. My Clients feel a greater sense of understanding of themselves and the world around them. I am an Atlanta native and a lifetime learner. I am currently focusing on healing and educating adults with ADHD and trauma. I use cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness approaches in therapy. Mental, physical, and social influences inform the approach to your treatment. The takeaway from your time with me will be empowerment and confidence in your life. I am also funny.
