Please contact us to confirm that we take your specific insurance plan and to verify coverage for mental health counseling prior to starting counseling services. We will file claims directly to your insurance company as a courtesy to you. However, it is your responsibility to provide us with up-to-date information, including any changes in your policy while you are working with us. For clients who we are out of network for, your counselor can provide you with a “Super Bill” which is a detailed invoice for services that you can send to your insurance company to attempt to recoup some of your out of pocket cost. All required payments (co-insurance, deductible or full out of pocket fee) for services are due at the time service is rendered.
