Introduction

I'm a mom and professional social worker committed to helping other women and families. I know from personal and professional experience that the path of parenthood and family life can be difficult. Whether it's infertility, postpartum depression or anxiety, trauma, relationship issues or grief - these issues can make what should be a joyful (if tiring!) time of life into an overwhelmingly difficult one. I believe that by building a support network and developing coping skills to deal with stress, you can become the person and the parent that you want to be - and I would be honored to be your partner on that journey.
