Hi! I'm Carla Marquina and I am a bilingual & bicultural latinx psychotherapist. I entered the field in order to collaborate with clients and facilitate important life changes. I use ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT, and other evidence-based theories and interventions to educate on how to better manage distress in life. Some of my areas of focus are treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, separation/divorce, parenting, peripartum, among others.
