Introduction

We can be presented many challenges in our lives. Whether the challenges stem from the past, present, or future, I believe therapy to be a collaborative partnership toward finding solutions and ultimately relief. I utilize only evidenced based modalities and work tirelessly to stay at the forefront of the field. Some of those modalities include; Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. As a clinician I am dedicated to working with Individuals. In my practice I strive to foster an environment of warmth, trust, respect, objectivity and empowerment.
