Introduction

Hello! I have been in practice since 2018 and have been working in the mental health field since 2010. I work primarily with depression and anxiety, but can help you with any other concerns you may be experiencing. I work with all populations utilizing a combination of traditional talk therapy with experiential therapy. For kiddos I do a mix of activity based psychotherapy and play therapy.
