I approach therapy with the understand the human experience is a path of struggle and hardship. However, it’s also uniquely beautiful and worthwhile. Growth can be uncomfortable and awkward, but it’s also the foundation of self-evolution and growth. My goal is to help you process life events, trauma, mental health and acquire resilience. I take a holistic approach in managing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, life changes, and burn-out/compassion fatigue. I am a mental health advocate and believe in education to help reduce stigma and to help encourage growth. Working with adolescents, young adults, veterans, and first responders I understand that healing is not always a linear process and I take pride in meeting you where you are.
