Specialties: Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Family Conflict

Introduction

Profound, lasting, deep healing is possible and available to you. The stress of our modern world, past trauma, or difficult relationships may have you feeling lost and fragmented. I help my clients turn their awareness inward, uncovering the depths and gifts inside on their path to healing. My role as a therapist is to facilitate a space in which you feel safe, comfortable, and understood, so we can remove blocks to you living the life you want to live. I intend to remain curious, compassionate, open-minded, and transparent every step of the way. I primarily use Internal Family Systems and EMDR therapy to heal trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use Non Violent Communication, and the Enneagram as tools to help you build healthy relationships with others. I work with individuals and families age 16 and up. It’s an honor to go on these inner explorations with you. I am a Certified IFS Therapist and have completed the highest level of training through the IFS Institute. Obtaining IFS Certification signifies that I have completed more than 200 hours of advanced training and demonstrated my competence to the IFS Institute's lead trainers. I am also involved in helping train other clinicians through being a program assistant for Level 1 IFS trainings. I offer professional consultation to other IFS therapists as well. When looking for an IFS therapist, please be sure to utilize the IFS institute's provider search feature to ensure that your therapist has been trained by the IFS institute - https://ifs-institute.com/practitioners I do not accept any insurance except for OHP CareOregon/Healthshare. I am able to provide a superbill for clients who have Out of Network Benefits. A superbill is a statement you submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider, as they are sometimes able to cover up to 80% of the cost of the session. Many clients are able to use their Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account as well.
