Introduction

I believe we are all capable of big change! No one should have to face life’s struggles alone. So many do, especially after stepping away from systems and communities that no longer fit who they are. Clients can expect me to provide a safe and empathic atmosphere, away from others in their every day lives. My job is to listen and understand their story, help them identify their goals, and see where they might be getting in the way of those. I love working with people moving through big transitions - faith shifts, divorce, coming out, major career changes, etc. with the hopes of helping them live a more authentic and fulfilling life. Specifically, I love working with those who are coping with a faith crisis, spiritual trauma, LGBTQ+ folks navigating spirituality and family acceptance, divorcing or divorced women rebuilding their identity. I also have specialized training in working with those who live with chronic illness as well as those experiencing grief and loss, and often work with trauma. We experience barriers because we often repeat the same problematic cycles we've always known…. Maya Angelou has said, “I did then what I knew how to do. Now that I know better, I do better.” I feel truly honored that clients allow me to be a part of this journey and I believe in them.
