I’ve been in the human services field since 2000. I have worked with folks who have an array of issues. My treatment approach is strongly oriented to CBT/ REBT, but the modalities are flexible and allow me to meet you in your journey to becoming a You who is more at peace with how you got to where you are and how you want to get to where you want to go on your way to a more fulfilling life.
