Introduction

As founder and owner of this practice, I want to welcome you, your loved ones, and/or your family members to therapy. I started this practice in 2005 with the idea of de-stigmatizing therapy. I want to send the message that we ALL go through difficult life phases and changes. Most of us will need guidance from time to time. And with the more recent tragedies in the world, we could all use just a little more help and support. So whether you are someone who needs help and support going through a life transition, or a more serious set of mental health or traumatic issues, we are here to help.
