Seeking help is a huge first step and I understand that what you are going through may feel intense, overwhelming, and scary. You deserve to live the best quality of life and to have the confidence to reach your goals and aspirations. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment, so you can feel comfortable and know you are not fighting your battles alone. What you need has been in front of you the whole time, you just need someone to help you see it! I know that each client is unique in their needs, so I will collaborate with you to find what approach works best. I find the three modalities most often used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Supportive Therapy. However, I have training in a number of areas and have worked with a variety of service needs so I have a nice sized "tool box". From my years of experience I have learned that people are resilient. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, health issues, eating issues, going through a tough transition, need couples counseling, are struggling with insomnia (CBT-I), or have gone through a loss, I am here to meet you where you are at. For therapists, I offer clinical supervision/consultation.
