I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, that offers an eclectic approach to therapy through compassion-focused sessions that consider your individual needs (e.g. emotional, cognitive, biological, social, environmental, and spiritual needs.) I have a cozy office in Kingwood but I also work with clients outdoors in the form of walk and talk therapy. My desire is to meet you were you are. I have knowledge of the ways that the mind, body, and soul work together to give people peace. I want to join people on their journey of health and help them find joy amidst adversity. I have 20 years experience in counseling. I have worked with preteens through adults. I have specialized training in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, ADHD, and education. I have life experiences that extend my understanding as it relates to divorce, caregiving, parenting, and affirming all individuals, like people in the LGBTQ+ community. My partner and I provide therapy in many forms: talk, art, play, and movement. My partner is Gina Sanchez, also an LPC, and she is bilingual in English and Spanish.
