As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about helping clients uncover and live as the best version of themselves. I utilize a strengths-based, collaborative approach to help clients understand and change the negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs that contribute to symptoms of anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I specialize in working with individuals and couples grappling with the stress and pressures that come with life transitions related to career, relationships, parenthood, and beyond. Together we will explore the patterns and underlying beliefs contributing to distress in order to make way for new habits, behaviors, and skills.
