People experience difficult times in their lives when therapy can facilitate personal growth and positive change. Counseling is a safe space to address life's challenges. Treating from a psychodynamic/relational approach, I help clients find patterns in their emotions, thoughts, and beliefs in order to gain insight into how they relate to themselves and others. I hold a Perinatal Mental Health certification in the treatment of perinatal/maternal mental health, including postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and psychosis; pregnancy loss; infant loss; and infertility. I have notable experience in treating trauma, and I believe in the importance of personal boundaries and self-compassion. My approach is genuine, relaxed and open-minded. I appreciate humor when appropriate. I believe that you intuitively have the answers that you are searching for, and it is my role to collaborate with you to access that wisdom within yourself.
