Welcome! My name is Cara Jedlicka, MA, LPC and I have been treating individuals and families for more than 18 years. I began my journey as a public school special education teacher for 6 years and school counselor for 12, all while earning my degree in mental health and working to better the lives of individuals, families, and couples. I have worked in a private practice setting for 4 years before opening my own practice. I am a busy mom of 3 kiddos and consider motherhood my greatest achievement and biggest challenge. I strive to meet my clients wherever they are on their journey and help them develop a path toward reaching the goals that make the most sense for their current lives. Whether it is talking through an issue that has you feeling "stuck," helping you obtain skills to cope with overwhelming feelings, or helping navigate through your personal challenges, I will work to support you. Together we will work to establish the best foundation to make your therapy journey a successful one.
