I specialize in women's health, including trauma, perinatal mental health, and relationship issues. I am especially passionate about supporting women who feel overwhelmed by societal expectations or major life changes, helping them regain a sense of balance, confidence, and self-compassion. I enjoy working with those seeking deeper self-understanding and lasting change, especially individuals who want to break longstanding relationship patterns. Through my training and experiences at the University of Iowa and Minneapolis VA, I obtained specialized training in interpersonal issues and patterns, women’s mental health, trauma, and PTSD, and I have additional training and experience in working with anxiety, depression, insomnia, nightmares, chronic pain, binge eating, and emotion dysregulation. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we can work toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling. If you're ready to take the next step, please do not hesitate to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation call to discuss your therapy needs and goals.
