Introduction

I have a passion for supporting others during difficult times by providing a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to process challenges & empower people to use their strengths to make changes, reach their goals and increase communication. I use a person-centered, strengths based approach utilizing evidence-based practice, tailored to each person and their needs. I have a background in working with those from many walks of life, but I am especially drawn to those facing struggles around parenting, blending families, motherhood, military life, depression, anxiety, body image and relationship concerns. I am now accepting clients in Maryland, Texas and New York.
