I’m a trauma informed therapist that works with individuals and couples with optimism and understanding about the challenges they face. I enjoy helping individuals in difficult life transitions and those working on self-esteem. I have a specialization in eating disorders. I have experience working in higher levels of care for eating disorders and understand the modalities the main programs use. I use a combination of theoretical orientations, including CBT and ACT. As a therapist, I use compassion, humor, and unwavering optimism to empower clients to live their best life. I am here to cheer my clients on, empathize, and foster independence.
