Cara Barbierri, Psy.D.

Psychologist Barbierri Psychological Services, LLC
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Child or Adolescent, Parenting,

Introduction

I have been treating clients for over fifteen years and I am licensed to provide services in both CT and MA. I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents and families. This often involves direct work with parents to support their parenting skills or to provide parents with their own individual treatment. I believe that we all want to be better but that stress often holds us back and prevents us from growing. I want to support your therapeutic journey by helping you see patterns that might not be working for you anymore and supporting change.
