It can be challenging to ask for help. As a former Division 1 & professional volleyball athlete and coach, I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment for individuals navigating the unique stressors of the sports world. My passion lies in guiding athletes, coaches, and their families to embrace their authentic selves both on and off the court. Utilizing a blend of existential, solution-focused, and gestalt therapies, our collaborative journey will focus on growth and the acquisition of new skills. I am committed to assisting you in navigating the challenges within the realm of sports and fostering holistic development. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor and am under the supervision of Angela Bulls LPC-S.
