I began at Insight Counseling and Wellness in December 2019 after 8 years working in community mental health. Being in private practice has allowed me to focus more on the individuals needs. I want to help you learn how to manage issues in a positive manner so you can create a thriving life. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on what's right for you as l assist you in reaching whole person wellness. At this time, I am providing teletherapy services so you can access services from the comfort of your home.
