Introduction

Are you having difficulty coping with life transitions? I work with children, teens and adults needing support to cope with change and loss. I will help explore your values, hopes and goals, remind you of your strengths, and walk alongside you as you find your footing again. I have experience and training in art, play and nature therapy. I have worked with families impacted by separation or divorce. I can provide help for caregivers whose loved one is experiencing serious physical or mental illness. I am LGBTQIA affirming. My approach to therapy is collaborative, building on your strengths, reminding you of your worth, going at your pace as you find your path. We may even find some beauty and humor along the way.
