The question that fuels my passion is always “what happened to you?” and never, “what is wrong with you?” We are not humans to be fixed, rather we are humans that deserve love, kindness, and healing. I draw from a variety of trauma-informed therapeutic techniques that begin with a strong foundation based in attachment theory and will adjust the therapeutic experience based on each individuals needs and aspirations.
