Candace Koman

Psychology In Bloom Therapy
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Infertility, Trauma, College Mental Health,

Introduction

Using an integrative approach, I work collaboratively with clients to better understand feelings of anxiety, sadness, frustration, and how to manage them. I have a specialized interest and experience in fertility and perinatal/postpartum concerns. I provide a nonjudgmental space for you to share and process current stressors, better understand yourself, focus on emotional literacy, or improve relationships with others. We discuss what you wish to get out of therapy and, using techniques from evidence-based approaches, work towards making sure you get the most out of our time together. My training includes Relational-Cultural Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
