Introduction

I have been in the field now for 11 years and have worked with trauma, grief, addiction, sexual abuse, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and so much more. My vast experience with different populations gives me the insight I need to tailor your treatment to fit your needs. Everyone has a different story so not every treatment approach works for everyone. I also work with dissociation and healing shame. I get to the core beliefs and work on changing them as they are our lens of how we see ourselves. I am currently a Certified Co-Occurring Disorder Professional-Diplomate and a Certified EMDR therapist. I have been utilizing EMDR now for 4 years.
