Introduction

Imagine feeling at ease and confident that you can handle any anxious sensation that arises. My aim is to help you address worry so that you can live in a more calm and balanced way. I specialize in helping women in their 20s and 30s manage anxiety in order to live their best lives. In our work together, we may use the brain-based therapy, EMDR, to heal any past emotional wounds contributing to current anxiety. We may also engage in mindfulness and acceptance approaches, as these can greatly help to improve our relationship with anxiety. I believe that we all have the potential to heal when given the necessary tools and environment, and I would be honored to walk together on your path to healing.
