Introduction

Has your life been increasingly consumed by medical appointments, chronic illness symptoms, memories from past traumatic procedures? Are you plagued by doubts and find yourself playing a game of Whack a Mole with your worries in which they seem to never stop popping up? Are you finding your self confidence at an all time low, and struggling to connect to the things that used to bring you joy? I may be able to help! I specialize in helping individuals cope with chronic illness, OCD and Anxiety Based Disorders and would love to tell you more about their treatment options in a free 15 minute consultation! You can see a brief overview on approaches I am trained in under the approaches tab on my website: strive2thrivetherapy.com. I am licensed to provide services in Utah and Idaho and offer all services via telehealth. Therapy is a collaborative process and together we will discuss and choose the approaches that work best for you. Some of the approaches I use most often include: I-CBT, ERP, Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions, EMDR, Mindful Somatic Therapy, ComB, DBT, CBT, and ACT. It can be scary to start therapy for the first time or with someone new. I am dedicated to helping you find the support you need and offer free consultations where I can answer any questions you may have and we can both decide if it is a good fit (if it's not a good fit then I can help you find someone who is). If you want to get started on this journey with me, then schedule a consultation today!
