As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker with over 12 years of experience I am dedicated to providing effective and compassionate mental health support to individuals, couples and families. Throughout my career I have worked with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma and life transitions. My approach is rooted in an understanding of human behavior and the complex interplay of social, emotional, and environmental factors that shape our lives. I hold a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota. Throughout my career I have had experience in a variety of settings such as in-home, hospital and private practice allowing me to develop a diverse skill set tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy that combines elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma informed care, enabling me to customize treatment plans that resonate with each client's goals. I am committed to creating a safe space for healing and growth. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and that therapy can be a valuable tool for self-discovery and empowerment. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic alliance and work collaboratively with clients to help them develop the skills and insights necessary to lead fulfilling lives, navigate life's challenges and build meaningful relationships.
