I completed my Master of Science in Nutrition & Clinical Health Psychology in 2019 at Bastyr University, a school for natural medicine in Kenmore, WA. Now, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado State offering individual psychotherapy to adults. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, PTSD, and OCD and have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflicts, substance abuse, and ADHD. I am queer and non-binary and enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community. As a white, European-American, I also ground myself in practices of cultural humility to offer a therapy setting that is affirming of clients of other races and ethnicities. I bring a warm, curious, and compassionate energy to psychotherapy, fostering a space where clients can be brave and vulnerable in pursuing their inner work. I try to minimize the power differential between provider and client through deep listening, receptivity to feedback, and empowering clients to recognize and embrace their inherent wisdom.
