I offer holistic psychotherapy and coaching for those who are tired of never feeling good enough. Far too many people are plagued with the feeling that they don't measure up. They feel that they are not doing enough or being enough. I work with clients whose negative self-talk is depleting them emotionally and physically. This negative spiral lends itself to low self-worth, self-doubt, anxiety, and depression. These feelings often lead to poor coping, numbing out, and seeking distractions, which can keep people stuck. This is a rigid pattern to break, but it is possible! Mental health isn’t just about the mind. For this reason, I take an integrated approach to mental wellness that blends talk therapy/coaching with nutrition, movement, nature, breathwork, embodiment, mindfulness, and (for those interested) ketamine therapy and psychedelic integration. This mind-body approach, combined with personalized care and accountability, offers exceptional service and lasting results. My goal is to help you process old wounds and let go of the programming that is no longer serving you, (and likely keeping you stuck). I support you in softening your nervous system, rewiring your neural pathways, getting you stronger and more nourished in your body and mind. I support you in doing the work that will transform you; I help you upgrade your "operating system". I support you in making small yet profound changes that help you feel more at peace, healthier, self-assured, accomplished, lighter, and joyful. It isn’t overnight, this take time, and commitment. Watching my clients get unstuck and shift how they think, how they live and how they relate to themselves and the world is the biggest motivator for me to continue to do this work.
