Hello! If you are seeing this page, I first want to commend you for your bravery in seeking out therapy! Therapy can feel scary to step into, but is an amazing tool to help manage the hard times in life. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe place where clients can gain an understanding of their individual, relational, and situational struggles. I seek to be a collaborative, authentic therapist that holds hope for all my clients that may be struggling. I have experience incorporating faith into therapy and believe that it can be extremely freeing to lay the concerns and burdens of life at the feet of the cross.
