Introduction

I am a licensed psychologist with 17 years of experience helping children, teens, and young adults navigate their way through life's challenges. Whether its wanting to learn coping skills, needing extra support during a difficult transition, or struggling to live your best life because of anxiety, fears, OCD, trauma, mood disorder (depression, bipolar), gender dysphoria, ADHD, ASD, Learning Disorder...together, we can find a way toward a happier and more balanced life. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and heavily influenced by cognitive-behavioral methods, including exposure and response prevention, trauma-focused CBT, DBT skills, and ACT. I also incorporate mindfulness practice and somatic methods. My personal approach is compassionate, collaborative, and down-to-earth. You don't have to face life's challenges alone. I'm here to help.
